It’s been rumoured for a while now that The Secret Circle would celebrate Halloween and so far we’ve been able to piece together that it will be episode 7 Masked. Although Thomas Dekker gave a few hints as to what some of the cast members would be wearing he did manage to keep outfits under wraps. But no longer as we bring you pictures of your favorite Coven members and what they will be wearing to the Halloween party Cassie throw.

When I heard that Britt Robertson was going to have to dress up as a bee I thought it was going to be a disaster but I think Cassie looks great. It’s more like a sexy super hero bee than a bumbling bee.

Were you wondering what the deal was with the death of Nick? Well you’re not alone. Executive Producer Andrew Miller was interviewed by Tierney Bricker of eonline.com about the death of Nick and what happens with the Coven now.

When did you make the decision to kill off Nick (Louis Hunter)?
From the beginning. I’m learning at the feet of the master [Kevin Williamson]. The reality is, we had this show about a group of people connecting with one another in order to achieve great things. It felt like you couldn’t fully understand what that meant without breaking that connection somehow. It just felt that for the stakes of the show, what would separate it from other shows in the past, was doing something like this…we’re binding the circle, binding together six people stronger, but the world of our show has to be a world where the danger they find themselves in, the danger that bonds them and the danger that finds them, is enough to stop them. So, it was really important to us from the very beginning to establish those rules.

For fans of the book, us included, Nick was definitely a favorite. Were you nervous about killing such a popular character?
Yeah…I’m nervous about killing anybody, but particularly a character that people like. I think at the heart of the books was the idea of kids getting involved in something that they shouldn’t be. It just felt that in order to sustain that idea over the course of season after season, you just really needed to establish the stakes. We didn’t want to make a show where at the end of every week, everything would be OK [or] they could just kind of crinkle their nose and make everything better. We wanted to show that there were risks and they couldn’t just run around amok with power…they had to be careful. There are consequences to every action, and with these guys, because their actions are so much more heightened, you just have to also heighten those consequences.

The ratings for The Secret Circle season 1 episode 5 Slither are in. They are slightly down from last weeks numbers to 1.83 million but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about an the great thing is the show has already received an order for the first full season.

Here’s the new Extended The Secret Circle s01 e06 Wake Preview.

Ok it came as a shocker to see one of the Circle die in last nights episode of The Secret Circle Slither. The cast kept giving hints in various interviews that something like this might happen. The number of times they said it was a Kevin Williamson show and anything could happen is unbelievable. Unfortuanetly for Louis Hunter that played Nick in The Secret Circle is was very believable. The good piece of news is that it didn’t come as a shock to him…

According to theInsider.com…
“We had a big sit down around the pilot and they told us that anyone could die,” actor Louis Hunter tells TheInsider.com. “We talked about the key concepts they want to convey with this, the ones that go back thousands of years: life, death, good, evil, love, lust. Things everyone deals with every day, especially teenagers, when every ounce of them is running wild.”

Knowing from the jump that Nick would perish certainly lessened the emotional fallout for Louis, although he admits, “I loved my character, he was a cool dude, but they want to make the show as real and thrilling as possible. That’s the great thing about [my death], it’s just like real life in that there’s no way to prepare for it. So remember, watch your step before crossing the road,” he laughs. “You never know when you’ll be struck by lightning or someone will pull a knife on you. Not to be paranoid, but those things are possible.”

Here’s The Secret Circle s01 e05 Slither preview. Looks exciting and who’s going to die tonight? Is it Nick? Looks like the parents might have to get involved afterall.

It’s was pretty obvious at the end of The Secret Circle episode 3 – Heather that Melissa now had the demon inside her and was possessed. Jessica Parker Kennedy who play Melissa in The Secret Circle spoke with Hollywoodlife.com about tonights episode and how it’s a real game changer.

Yeah, let’s talk about Nick. Jessica jokes that Nick has a “James Dean image,” but it turns out the two might have more in common than just their pouty looks and shared affinity for leather jackets. Fans are abuzz with speculation that Nick will be [POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT] killed off during this week’s episode.”

Hopefully Faye will be there to get Melissa through this hard time and will Cassie blame herself if Nick does die. Afterall, it was her and Faye that freed Heather.
